Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure community is meeting or exceeding sales expectations and move-in goals through strong lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Lead the development and execution of the community’s sales and marketing plan.
  • Meet established sales activity standards, including daily prospect calls and weekly prospect videos, outreach visits to referral partners and other performance metrics.
  • Adhere to established communication standards that include responding to all prospect inquiries within 30 minutes of receipt.
  • Build strong prospect relationships through discovery, solid closing techniques, purposeful and consistent follow-up, and tailored solutions that meet the need of each prospect.
  • Ensure the daily tour path checklist is managed effectively to create a flawless first impression of the community.
  • Perform timely and efficient lead database activities for all prospects and referral partners within Welcome Home’s customer relationship management system, ensuring scheduled activities are current daily, with zero past due.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools to meet or exceed targeted bi-annual mystery shop score.
  • Spearhead community’s social media channels, ensure reputation management goals are met and respond to online inquiries according to company guidelines.
  • Monitor execution of the marketing budget to ensure forecasts match expenditures.
  • Collect and analyze competitor data by completing bi-annual competitive market analyses.
  • Prepare for and engage in regular sales calls with home office sales and marketing team.
  • Ensure detailed and timely input of all creative and collateral requests via Zendesk.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related to sales and/or marketing experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion to support leasing goals.
  • Ability to travel to home office for onboarding and annual sales meeting.
  • Experience with state and federal guidelines for assisted living and dementia.
  • Knowledge of HIPPA requirements.
